I don't call my wife an "old" friend; I call her my best friend. Hope you enjoy this little slice of art and musical nastalgia.

Thank you, Spadecaller! It's always with a huge pleasure I watch your videos! This one is particularly touching...For my part I think a wife or a husband is not only an old friend or a best friend...but rather: The Better Half!

Have a nice Sunday. I do hope you are going to work on an other good video!

Excellent, thanks SC, the painting are just fantastic and good song!

A gentleman from my church just passed away this week, he was 92 years young. He was a wonderful person! His best friend is 92 years young. The two of them were always getting into some mess or another. About two years ago, one got his pickup stuck in the mud, the other one (who just passed away) drove his tractor over to help pull his old friends pickup out of the mud. The both got stuck and ended up calling for a tow truck.....funny...to listen to the two of them laughing and telling their tales of adventures.

      Here's to old friends!

Thanks Spade...We should treasure the old friends that are still with us, the grim reaper never stops. No one knows who will go next.

Friends come and go. Some are for a season, some were enemies, some friends turned to enemies (you wished you never had them as friends but hope you learned the leason), some are just for parties, and some are there no matter what.

I am fortunate to also have a couple three am friends that I can call to help me bury the body. They know I'd be there for them in a heartbeat (have been), NY minute and TX two step. ALL my friends don't like to be called old.

                  Yeah!!!!

Old friends are more valuable than gold. When the the gold is gone your old friends remain.

                  Good one Spadecaller.

I still have some "old" friends who try to get me in trouble. LOL

But if we got there together we'd get out of it together.

A beautiful and touching piece! With all the violence, lies, cheating, and corruption in government, this beautiful little video was a welcome respite.

                    Thanks Spadecaller

There's nothing better than the oldest of friends. I know my friends from elementary school, we all plan on being in the same retirement community some day. Good times never die, they just fade to a distant memory, at least until one of us reminds each other of our mishaps...thanks Spadecaller!
