Feeling them is the only way to go but can be dangerous if done to the unaccepting.

While I would like to do the feel test I think it better for my health to not do so. The subject and my wife might have a few physical objections. I would probably have to run for my life. LOL
The quickest way to test if a diamond is real is to scratch something glass. A diamond will scratch the glass. Other stones won't.

Charlson - Can end up in a life threatening situation, plus a lengthy stay in the local lockup ;-)
Not bad on the two way mirror.....
With a diamond, he missed one simple'ish one, try scratching a piece of steel, if it doesn't is a fake.... As diamond is WAY higher on the Mohr (10 versus 6, if memory serves) scale than steel... Trouble is, it's usually hard to use a point of the diamond from a mounted stone !!

I'll keep my own "methods" for spotting fake breasts... its rather enjoyable!
